How booking works

Pick a package, date, and time of day. Add on anything you'd like.
We call to plan
A quick planning call to gather event details and finalize your custom experience.
Invoice & agreement
We send an invoice and event agreement for the 50% retainer to lock in your date.
Enjoy the day
We show up, set up, host, and clean up. You get to be a guest at your own party.
Policies
Reserving Your Date
A 50% non-refundable booking fee (retainer) secures your date on our calendar and lets us begin planning your custom experience. Your booking is officially confirmed once the retainer is received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. For bookings made within 7 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Changes & Cancellations
The retainer is non-refundable. Cancel 14+ days before your event and any payments beyond the retainer can be applied as a credit toward a future Roaming Wonders experience within 6 months. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable due to preparation, staffing, and materials already reserved.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule with 14+ days' notice, subject to availability. Additional changes may require a small rescheduling fee.
